A property appearing on IdleLot does not confirm that it is vacant, available for sale or lease, or that the listed ownership information is current.

IdleLot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data displayed. You rely on this information at your own risk.

IdleLot is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or attorney. We do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Submitting an "I'm interested" form does not create any contractual relationship or guarantee of contact with a property owner.

You agree not to use IdleLot to:

IdleLot is built with community empowerment in mind. Data is presented to help residents, organizations, and local governments understand and act on vacancy — not to shame property owners or enable predatory practices. We ask that all users engage with this information in that spirit.

Signing in is optional. If you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with a social provider such as Google, basic profile details from that provider. To keep your account secure while you are signed in, we record session details including your IP address and browser information.

This information is tied to your session, used only to operate and protect the service, and is never sold. You can sign out at any time to end a session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdleLot and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any data it provides.
